How to prepare your parcel the right way

Good packing is the first step to a safe delivery.

Use a clean, sturdy box that fits the product, and fill any gaps with paper or bubble wrap so nothing moves in transit. Seal the edges with strong tape.

Write the receiver's details clearly: name, phone number, governorate and a detailed address. Make sure the phone number is correct because the courier will call it.

If the parcel is fragile, mark the box and tell the courier at pickup. Finally, take a photo of the parcel and keep its tracking number to follow it.
